A little about me...

I grew up in Herefordshire and after trying out a number of places in England, have now come almost full circle and settled in the Forest of Dean, with my dog Geoff.
As well as writing, I work with my Therapy Toolbox, full of ways to help create change, transform and support others. I am a Reiki Master, NLP Practitioner, Past Life Regressionist and Future life Progressionist, and love creating Flower Essence blends as emotional support for both people and animals.
I have now also developed my own intuitive way of working with people and their homes, called Home Harmonising.
I have captured it all in my second book, of the same name;
Home Harmonising for Balance, Harmony and Clarity.
